Now GMBC Group Inc. – Q+BIK Design is a Toronto-based architectural design and planning firm born from the union of Grander Design and Yhojana Designs. This partnership brought together three creative forces with one vision: to integrate all aspects of design and planning into a single, seamless solution for our clients.

Our Story
With over twenty years of combined expertise in building developments, engineering, and design, we have transformed countless ideas into reality.
- Jose, founder of Grander Designs, is a project manager and design consultant who works closely with clients, city officials, and industry partners to bring forward innovative, code-compliant, and investment-smart designs. His strength lies in maximizing the potential of every property while meeting municipal requirements.
- Yhojana, with a creative background in Marketing and Interior Design, focuses on crafting spaces and brand experiences that reflect the heart of the client’s vision—ensuring every project tells its own story.
- Frank, Senior Architectural Designer, brings decades of expertise in architectural concept development, technical detailing, and construction documentation. Known for his precision, creativity, and deep knowledge of building codes, Frank ensures that each project is not only aesthetically compelling but also structurally sound and fully compliant. His experience spans residential, commercial, mixed-use, and institutional projects, making him a cornerstone in bridging design vision with practical execution.
